So I'm thinking about majoring in computer science and possibly picking up a minor or double-majoring in business administration along with CS. I got into UC-Berkeley, Carnegie Mellon, Caltech, USC, and UW-Madison (in-state) and am clueless as to where to go. I'd really prefer to go out to california just because of the opportunities available there, especially with a degree in CS. Then again, CMU has an amazing CS program and the campus is alright, i guess. On the other hand, madison's essentially free after scholarships...any opinions?

I live in Cali and my first choice would be CalTech...

Pasadena baby...

Business + CS = UC Berkeley

CS + business = carnegie mellon

Another vote here for Carnegie Mellon.

Caltech doesn't offer business. It's too vocational for those science and engineering intellectuals. I vote for Caltech or CMU, whichever is a better fit.
