Hey guys,
I was admitted to the College of Engineering at Cornell for Computer Science. I was wondering what class sizes are like for CS courses, both lower-div and upper-division classes. Also, how approachable are professors in this subject?

CS professors are great and very approachable in my experience. Class sizes depends on the subject; the intro classes tend to be around 200 or so while the higher level courses have somewhere between 200 (for super popular subjects) down to 20 or so. If you’re having trouble in the courses, I’d highly suggest going to the TA office hours (TAs in the CS department tend to be really good, both graduate and undergraduate) and professor office hours or take advantage of the course staff listservs that are usually available.
