I am interested in pursuing as second major once I arrive in college - economics. Would greatly appreciate it if you guys could add some colleges to my list which have a good cs program along with a good economics department that would allow me to take on both majors. Thanks!

I think some trolls are just making new accounts and asking for constant CS chance threads. How stupid. This is like the 10th one I've seen from a 1-poster.

^Yep.

But, if this is for real, Carnegie Mellon.

CMU is a tough school, but with some work, I'm sure it's possible.

(Are you and the OP the same person?)

I made a new account today because I forgot the password into the illinieng one and then when I used firefox instead of IE it was already logged in. I am gonna just stick with this account to avoid any confusion. Sorry about that.

Some schools that have both economics and computer science as highly ranked programs include; Columbia University, University of Maryland College Park, University of California San Diego, University of Texas-Austin, Stanford, UC Berkeley, Cornell, Princeton, Brown, and Yale. Pretty much every uber-selective college has excellent economics and computer science programs.
