<p>Hey, im going to apply to a lot of schools for computer science engineering and I have my normal extracurriculars in place but i need more to show that i have an amazing interest in computer science...</p>

<p>You could make a website. I've got friends that are proficient enough in HTML/Java that they've been hired by companies to make/maintain websites while still in high school. It's some pretty good money as well as a great EC.</p>
<p>If that would be too much of a time commitment, you could find a club or organization in your school that needs a webmaster, and roll with that.</p>
