<p>I have been accepted to both Georgia Tech and Emory but can't decide which to go with for computer science. I'm not a Georgia resident so I don't get the HOPE scholarship. And Emory gave me 6k more than Georgia Tech. Is going to Georgia Tech and taking out 6k more in loans worth it?</p>
