Hi I'm a Junior at the University of Michigan majoring in Computer Science Engineering. I'm really looking for an internship this year since I have not had one in the past. I'm worried though because my GPA isn't the best (3.03) and I don't have any significant experience. I've recently been getting into android development but I don't think ive made anything that would impress a company. Am I screwed out on an internship and possible a good job once I graduate?

Surround yourself with as many people in Entrepreneurship as possible(won’t name drop clubs, but there are quite a few). Learn from these other programmers. This should build up your network and technical skills.

Go to MHacks this Friday.

Just start applying. Don’t be intimidated, most people get internships. Your GPA isn’t good but it’s not so bad that you should have too much trouble. Obviously you shouldn’t expect to go to Google but you should get an internship somewhere.
