I want to do electrical engineering but I don't have any experience in computer science. Will I be at a disadvantage if I decide to pursue this major. If so, what is the best way to learn computer science in about 6 months.

you will have to take some..I am sure...i am in community college and I have already taken Pascal and am taking C++, I also have to take data structures etc...don't worry it's not that hard :)

There are loads of tutorials and ebooks online

Don't worry about it. They will teach you the the computer science you need for EE, since it really isn't all that much.

Anyone else?

EE programs only require 1 or 2 CS classes, so it's not a big deal if you don't have any programming experience. It's more important to be good at math and physics.
