Computer Science Major (Diff eqs? )

Should I take differential equations as a CS major?

I am currently taking calculus II and linear algebra together and was planing on doing the same with calculus III and differential equations.

As a computer science major, should I take diff eqs? Should I stop at calculus III?

thanks in advance.

The lower division math courses most applicable to CS in general are discrete math and linear algebra. Calculus and differential equations may be useful for specific applications of CS.

Some upper division math courses like algebra and number theory may be useful in specific areas of CS like cryptography.

It is strong to be a CS major with a good background in math like (minor or double major with Math)
Take courses like:
Mutlivariable Calc, Differential Equations, Number Theory (optional), Linear Algebra
