Is there any one of you that have gone into the path or want to go into the path of:

Major: Computer Science
Minor: Economics

How valuable are these degrees? I am very interested in Math/Computer Science, therefore, I feel like this is a good idea.

Lastly, are Michigan, Stanford, and Berkeley good schools for going into these fields?

Thanks! :D

A minor might help if you end up going into the small subset of jobs or research where it matters, such as computing with economics applications. Otherwise, consider the courses as purely for your own interest.

Yes, they are good schools for these subjects. But check the net price calculators.

Get a math minor then. There’s only 5 undergrad econ classes that are useful. Intro/Intermediate micro and macro and econometrics. Take those and also do a math minor.
