Are the courses for CS at rutgers challenging? Do they have a high failure rate? How are the professors?

bummppppppppppppppppppp

Very high failure rate, Rutgers CS has a very strong DIY mentality. The professors will not spoon feed you the material. Professors are hit or miss but, in my experience, usually miss. Thankfully they’re pretty good in the first couple of courses so you have so time to get your feet under you if you don’t already have an extensive cs background.

That said, the student community is very good and very helpful. Everyone’s in the same boat in classes so you can score sort of low and still do well, ummm, if you have any specific questions I can answer them for you. Take a couple courses, see if you like it and remember in cs the more you struggle the more you learn
