Wow, that is quite a mix! Have you gone to the library or asked the Guidance Counselor to let you review something like Fiske’s Guide to get an overview of each school? That would be a good starting point. Have you visited all/some/none of these schools?
I know that UTD has a sizeable commuter student population, which may or may not be what you are looking for.
We may narrow it down to KY (will still consider the others, as we try to visit colleges)
FL has gorgeous campus! (a little concerned with surrounding area in UCF)

In terms of the commuter aspect, here is the percentage of frosh living in the dorms (a proxy for non-commuters):
79% Cincinnati
66% Central Florida
60% UT Dallas
NA Kentucky
Note also that Cincinnati is heavily co-op focused, though co-ops are often optionally available at other schools.
