I chose computer science when I applied to all my colleges, but I don’t really have a serious interest in it (or anything else), I mostly just chose it because of the career opportunities and flexibility. I recently discovered Epidemiology, and I’ve always had an interest in science, but I didn’t know what to study that wasn’t “doctorate” in nature. I know that I would have to get my bachelor’s in Public Health and then a master’s.
If anyone has any knowledge about these two careers, could you provide the type of person they appeal to and/or the work environment? (introvert, requires spontaneity, fast-paced, etc)
I know I have a long time to figure out what I wanna do, and I can switch majors obviously, but I was just curious tbh.
