I'm currently a HS junior (female) looking to major in CS somewhere east of the Mississippi, but closer to the mid-atlantic would be good. I've already researched my share of private schools for this major (Rose-Hulman is a favorite), but am not hopeful about getting a lot of merit or need-based aid. I'm trying to find a school with small class sizes and accessible professors. Could anyone recommend any schools for CS under, say, $25000 in tuition that are small or at least have a reasonably small but decent CS department? I don't need any big names; I'm just concerned with quality.

My stats:
SAT: 2180 (730CR 710M 740W)
GPA: 3.2 (but steadily increasing- junior year GPA is 3.7). Weighted unknown.
Extracurriculars:
Bassist (electric and upright) in: marching band (section leader), jazz band, orchestra pit for spring musicals, district orchestra (section leader), symphonic band

Counselor at science-oriented summer camp

Math League (1 year)
Academic Bowl (1 year)
Volunteered at school radio station (1 year)

I'm also an IB certificate student and have been taking the hardest classes offered at my school.
