Computer Science undergrad: TAMU, RIT, UMass Amherst or UMinn-Twin Cities?

I’m an international student, admitted into all four (and SJSU, but I don’t really prefer that). I’m interested in doing research at the undergrad level, & looking to minor in some liberal arts course (not sure which). I’m looking for a liberal, creative atmosphere with intellectual vibes.

As of now I’ve received $20k scholarship from RIT and $12k from Mass.

RIT’s co-op program appeals to me, as does SJSU’s proximity to Silicon Valley. But the other two universities also have great figures in terms of graduates getting good jobs.

Which would be great for me in this situation? Anything to add to the discussion is appreciated.
