My son is a CS major. It really depends on the instructors and your aptitude. My son took AP Calc AB in high school and it helped tremendously when he took Calc 1 at UA. The math dept. at UA is known to be rigorous. There are CS labs that you can drop into for help, but you need to have specific questions - they won’t sit there and tutor you.
