Of these, UMass Amherst stands out significantly as one of the better programs. Probably followed a ways back by the rest of the pack led by Syracuse and UM-TC.
You’d do well at any of these in the end - CS is much more about what you do than where your degree is from, but the program quality will allow you to do more.
