<p>We bought my S's computer at the UCF on-campus computerstore. It was a Dell that we were able to get much more discounted than we could find from Dell. And, the software was very generously priced too, in comparison. Is there a UF computer store?</p>

<p>you will have better luck in weekly ads from strores like staples and office depot, however. the bookstore's prices are not discounted</p>

Sorry, I frankly can't remember. We bought it 2 years ago when he was starting UCF, and all I remember is that it was better than what H had been finding at Dell or at Best Buy. </p>

<p>You have to be careful when buying from stores. They will often have less powerful parts. I remember when I bought my laptop it had a completely different hard drive and half the RAM as the one advertised on the manufacturer's website.</p>
