<p>Anyone have any tips on helping me focus and concentrate. I'm having a pretty hard time starting to study. I keep procrastinating and wasting time on this forum. :)</p>

<p>but yeah... i'm addicted to my computer... what I do is I turn it off and then I can focus a little bit... so 1. turn your monitor off or 2. turn your computer off or 3. throw it out the window</p>
