Concentration Issues

I've been taking practice tests for quite some time, and I find it really easy to lose my focus. Right now, I've been studying for the SATII Lit and I've been getting decent scores on tests, but I have problems with staying focused during the entire test. For example, I'll be reading a passage, but none of it will go through me, which means I have to reread the entire passage again, which obviously takes a great deal of time. Any recommendations for what I can do to avoid this problem?

Sometimes it's harder to take a practice test at home, when I'm at the real thing, usually my focus is much better - at home I'll get bored, move around, get a snack, but at the actual test, I have no choice but to take it.
My strategy for passages is to skim through really quick, if you get distracted, it's fine, just make sure to pick up some key terms and stuff, and maybe underline some main points. Read it enough so that if you see a question, you'll have a general idea of where in the passage to look for the answer. Then go read the first question - now that you know what they're asking, go back to the area where you think you can find the answer, and read it in depth. Find the answer, go to the next question, repeat.
