<p>It sounds like a great concentration, but how flexible is CPB really? That is to say, Chemical and Physical Biology still sounds in the end like a biology major--especially if you feel you really might drastically change your mind about graduate studies--e.g. going from quantitative biology to engineering or even business?</p>
<p>I actually looked into the concentration because my D is interested in that field, and yes, it does sound like a great field. If you look under CPB requirement page, you can see that the requirements are fairly broad and flexible, especially if you are interested in going into medicine or medical research.</p>
