I am pretty confident, but you know I don't wanna jinx anything .., that I will get 36/36 in math, but for english and reading I think I will vary around 27 , what should I do???

I am not really a lit type of person, barely understand it sometimes. Should I write and read a lot to prepare? Are there any types of concepts that are commonly used in these section's problems?

If you’re taking it on Saturday, it’s too late to prepare by reading and writing a lot. That’s a good thing to do anyway, but not practical in this time span.
As for concepts, the reading is always directly supported by the text, and generally (but not all) in order of where it appears in the passage. I was able to ace this section just by looking at the first question before I started, then answering it as soon as I could, then reading the second question before I went on reading and so on. With English, I’m not 100% sure myself, and will wait for the next reply.

Okay I am not taking it this Saturday though, maybe in a few months so I am going to start studying right after AP Exams so I want to know what to study.

Get a prep book. If you get a 20 on the Practice test I would suggest Princeton Review’s Cracking the ACT. There are a lot of good grammar rules and math formulas that will help you boost your score if you remember them.
