so in the common app, there's a main essay ask about your reason for transfer and objectives to achieve.
many people told me not to write anything bad about the school i'm in now. is that true?
but how to write it? bc it's common app, i can't address features of each school...

Of course you have to be honest and write negative things about your current school, but not in such a way that appears ungrateful or out of line.

E.g., “My current school is not in a position to help me as an engineer because it doesn’t offer courses x, y, or z.”

what about- The opportunities presented by XXX, although are numerous, were unavailable to undergraduates and divided among the huge student body. and then i gave an example about the career fair.

Also i mentioned the professor are hard to reach, class is big and taught by graduates.

Instead of approaching it as “I disliked x y and z about my school,” aim for things you’re looking for. If you hated big classes, say you’re looking for smaller ones. I’d try to avoid trashing a previous institution as much as possible.
