Should get decision Dec 15

Regular admissions for me too, even though I submitted my materials way before Nov 15.

All admissions for full-time freshman students to UIUC are deemed "regular" admissions. For application, the only other kinds are people who are applying for part-time, some adult and other special programs, and non-degree. UIUC has no EA or ED program. What it does have is a "priority date." If you apply and get everything necessary in by Nov 15, you will be evaluated for admission before any who appply afterwards and will be informed of one of three things on Dec 15 -- that you are admitted, rejected, or deferred for consideration until after the final deadline date for applications. Applying by Nov 15 gives you some advantage over those who apply later. However, regardless of when you apply, you will still be deemed "regular" admission.

Yup, I guess that helps a lot. Thanks.
