Concerned about "ScoreChoice" for Stanford (did not submit SAT IIs)

First, yes, I did submit all of my SAT I scores to Stanford (and ACT).

My concern lies in SAT IIs. I am not proud of my SAT II scores (660 on both, was sick the day I took them, completely forgot to retake them). I did not include them in my score report, and when I received a receipt from the college board, it said:

“Stanford University will receive SOME of your scores,” which does not look good because they require all SAT I and ACT scores.

I am concerned about this because I am afraid that this will be misinterpreted as me trying to hide SAT I scores. Can anybody verify that this will not be the case? How will they know that I did in fact submit all of my required scores?

I know it may seem petty, but I want my application to look as pristine as I can make it.

Thank you!

Stanford does not require you to send SAT II scores, so if CollegeBoard even told the school that they’ve only received some scores (I’ve heard that they don’t do this, but I’m not 100% sure), Stanford could just assume that you had subject tests you didn’t want to send (which is the case, so even if they go investigating or something (they won’t but if they do), don’t worry about it).

Less worrying and more enjoying senior year!
