Applying ED to Duke.
I’ve taken the SAT once.
800 on math, but 730 ERBW.
36 Reading, 37 Writing.
Duke’s 25% reading score is 37.
As an unhooked, non-URM applicant, should I be concerned?

Your test scores are fine. But these are only a small part of it. What about your EC’s, GPA, course rigor, letters of rec, essays, demonstrated interest, etc.
You have three other posts asking if your SAT was good enough for Duke. The answer will not change the fourth time you ask. Please stop posting the same question again and again. Your SAT is fine. But as noted above standardized tests are one piece of a much larger application profile.
The Duke website states:
Because the admissions process is so personal and contextual, it’s impossible to predict a candidate’s chances of admission by looking at academic qualifications alone. We’re guided initially by our assessment of six primary factors:
The rigor of a candidate’s academic program
Academic performance as measured by grades in academic courses
Letters of recommendation from two teachers and a counselor
Extracurricular activities
The quality of thought and expression in the application essay
