Concerning Art Supplement

Does anyone know when the Art Supplements are due? I have heard they are due around February 1st, but I will try to get them in before hand. I am pretty interested in music, and was wondering if I should even bother sending in CD's of my music, as I'm not sure whether it will help me or hurt me. If any person is familiar with the music Carnaval by Schumann and the first movement of Pathatique sonata by Beethoven, do you know if I should bother sending them in? If I do, I will probably just send in the Preambule maybe up to the Arlequin (sp? it's the third part) of the Carnaval due to time constraints, along with the first movement of Pathatique. (I think most colleges are around 10 minutes for the CD)

Any comments?

I don't think it's too common that sending a supplement will actually hurt an applicant; the worst a supplement can generally do is not help.

MIT will start selection in mid-February, so you want to get your supplement to the music faculty with plenty of time for them to review it and report to the admissions committee. February 1 sounds like a good deadline to me.
