I was just wondering where people go for local live music and to see the bands that roll into town while at UM.
The Fillmore Miami Beach is an awesome venue. I had an amazing time seeing Foster the People there, and my sister saw the Arctic Monkeys last year. We were standing in the pit, about 5 feet from the band. Really incredible night, may go back for Walk the Moon in October.
We have a Fillmore venue here in Charlotte, and I really like it. I also saw WTM at one of the other venues in town and it was a lot of fun. Seeing them again would be great.
