Collective mind: any advice about the prestige and impressiveness of the Concord Review as a student publication? (It looks extremely worth it on its own merits; just wondering about its perception at large for admission purposes.)

Historically, Concord Review winners have done very well.
But I would also say that the process of creating a paper good enough to be submitted is itself worthwhile. My D wrote a paper that didn’t get an award, but it was a history paper that tied into her science interest, and what she learned as a result strengthen the humanities side of her application.
