Conditional Admission,please help.

<p>hi all
I have sent my documents to Cleveland State University in order to get a Conditional Admission because I meet all the requirements but the English proficiency.
the University is telling me that the I-20 they are going to issui will not show that I intend to study Electrical Engineering and it will only show that I have an admission to English courses.</p>

<p>I think this I-20 will not help me with the Visa and the consult may refuse to give me a Visa.</p>

<p>what do you think?? </p>

<p>No, you’ll be admitted for English courses and will thus receive a visa for what you’re required to study right now, i.e., English. It’s a legit reason to study in the US.
Then only will your I20 indicate you will study EE.
The visa only deals with what you’re doing NOW, not what you plan to do 6 months from now.</p>
