Conditions For Admissions

can someone please tell me the conditions for adimssions for berkeley? i'm too scared to click continue. thank yo!

Besides graduating from high school and having a 3.0 unweighted GPA for senior year??

don't get convicted of a felony, and try not to die either.

Besides the 3.0 unweighted, get higher than a C- in all your classes.

im am REALLY scared now because last semester i had a 2.8 and they want 3.0 for EACH tearm. do people really get recinded if they don't meet the gpa?????? i am just one grade away. ahhhhh

Find a reason to petition your grade... maybe some teacher will be sympathetic when they find out what is at stake. Get your counselor or the principal or some other advocate involved. Ask to re-do one test or assignment from last semester so they know you are willing to atone for past mistakes. One teacher I know made a deal that if a student got an A second semester, she would bump the first semester up a grade. Do whatever it takes. Good luck.

Sorry for the huge bump, but is this really true??? You need a 3.0 or aobove for each individual term? I got a 2.8 last semester (yes, I know, I messed up) because of bizzare C which was an absolute shock to me (I failed his BS final project, and he gives me a C, even though I had an A every quarter). But I also have a 3.8 and two 3.6's for other semesters with APs - and you're telling me I'm not even ****ing UC elgible now?

what i don't understand is how anyone can ever even find out what gpa i had each individual term, since the transcripts at my high school show only the final grade. perhaps other schools' transcripts show the grades for each marking period?

At my school, the transcripts break everything out into semesters. It doesn't show the quarter (10 week) grades, but shows the final grade you got each semester.

So will the school actually kick people out if the GPA is actually lower than 3.0?
