Conditions of Admission: 3.0 UW EACH semester or overall senior year GPA?

I got a 3.25 GPA 1st semester, with an A, A, B, and C.
However, this semester I currently have a A, B, C and C. That's a 2.75.... I'm hoping to get one of those C's up to a B.

Is it each semester that has to be 3.0UW + or overall?
Just wondering, cause i was a bit confused about this.

Not even hoping, but, I HAVE to get that up hahaha

and yes…senioritis definitely hit me hard

each semester must be 3.0UW or higher

Get one grade up. It’s 3.0 uw each semester. Could be overridden by the admin, but don’t count on that as a sure bet. Good luck!

same here =[. I have same grades as you, i am terrified if my admissions get revoked. But i’m trying my best to get them up. =/

Why does this question always come up?

confusion? i think.

Son in the same boat, final grades senior year one A, 3 B’s, and 2 C’s. 4 AP courses really rocked his boat. Worked hard trying to get those C’s up but just missed the cut off. Started off semester not really “getting” the Calculus/physics stuff. Not a case of senioritis. Worked with tutors. Where does he go from here? Will his acceptance be revoked?

^ For those who are truly worried about this I would suggest first calling Berkeley. They told me that -'s and +'s are not counted in the UW GPA. So A-'s and C+'s are counted 4 A, and 2 C. I would write Berkeley a letter explaining what happened and telling them that Berkeley is where you must be! Do anything so that you can stay!

good news, i was able to bring my grades up!
howd it go for you? =/
