<p>What if we are sending more than the required amount of recommendations? For example, Hopkins only says they require one teacher recommendation, but what if we sent in two? Is there any way we can confirm that they have received all of the recommendation letters? And if we sent in extra recommendations from our volunteer work or extra transcripts, how can we be sure those were received if they weren’t required?</p>

<p>Due to the overwhelming volume of materials we receive to process over 15,000 applications we are not able to confirm whether supplemental materials and/or specific recommendations are received. We confirm the receipt of one’s application with a postcard, and will contact student’s if they are missing required materials.</p>
