Confused a bit

Paying for College Access Programs (Questbridge, Posse)

<p>I want to apply to some colleges through Questbridge, but I'm unclear on some things. First off, I haven't taken SAT IIs yet, and the colleges I want to apply to through Questbridge require 2 SAT II scores. I plan to take one SAT II in October and the other in Nov/Dec. Would I still be eligible if I apply?</p>

<p>Also… if I only decide to apply regular decision through Questbridge, would it be useful at all or no?</p>

<p>It’d be useful in that you can tell colleges that you were a QuestBridge finalist (if you are eventually chosen) and the application fees are then waived.</p>
