Confused about CSS (registration?)

<p>Rice says on their website that applicants must register for CSS by January 2nd. They then say that the CSS Profile must be submitted by March 1st. I'm confused as to what must be done to be considered "registered." When you fill out the Profile online, it goes straight from a screen that says "Registration" at the top to the Application itself. There's no clear indication that I'm "registered" for anything.</p>

<p>So what do I need to have done by tomorrow?</p>
