Confused about GE course attributes?

<p>I was looking up some GE courses through the website, and I noticed that most (if not all) of them satisfy more than one attribute. Say, the Historical Experience of Asian Americans goes under not just Arts & Humanities but also Social Sciences, Domestic Diversity, etc. If I were to take this course at a community college, I would earn 4 credits for passing. So does that mean I get 4 credits in all of those attributes?</p>

<p>A course can only cover one topical breadth and one core literacy requirement. Also, a course used to satisfy an English requirement (either upper or lower division) cannot be used towards GEs.</p>
