Confused about grading system?

hey guys! I'm from the CBSE Board, and for my 11th and 12th marks, my school converted them into grades. One thing I'm confused about though is that 50-59 is a B, whereas in the American System, that is considered a failing grade?
I have only one B in my entire 4 year transcript, all the others are A+, so will this be bad?

I even used this calculator, selected India and it told me my GPA for that year is 3.8, but I'm worried admissions officers will see it as a fail.

Thank you!!

Your school will submit its grading scale. Colleges will know what you are graded on- so no, they won’t see it as a fail

As long as your class rank is high, it doesn’t matter.

Colleges are aware of the different grading systems in different countries. As @guineagirl96 said, your school will send its grading scale to the schools you’re applying to. Don’t worry. :)

Hey there! Well, I’m from India and many people do submitt their CBSE scores.American Universities do realise that
schools from all over the world will have different grading systems, which is why they lay a lot of importance on understanding each school’s system(either a scale submitted by the school or by studying past records of previous students who applied to the same uni and got in). So you really don’t need to worry much.
