Confused about interviewing

Hey everyone, I'm confused about what College Board is saying about Fordham's admission standards. On College Board, it says that an interview is an "important admission factor" for Fordham, but when I emailed Fordham about having an interview on campus they said they didn't have an interview as part of the admissions process. Is college board wrong? Thanks a lot!

Heres the link to Fordham's College Board page:

They must be wrong because there’s no interview in Fordham’s admissions process for any of its schools.

don’t trust college board about anything other than admit rates and sat/act score. The little details tend to be wrong (interviews, cost, etc). Reference the school’s website instead.

There is no interview for admission to Fordham. However, interviews are required for admission into certain programs such as Theatre.

You don’t need an interview for Fordham at all. Even the acceptance rate for Fordham hasn’t been updated on collegeboard as it stands at 40.12% down from 50% the year before as published by the New York Times. Don’t always trust the collegeboard web site for colleges all the time, make sure you check the school’s own web site first.
