I'm applying to U of Wisconsin Madison as a Transfer/International. The admission deadline is Dec, 15 but it has been open for a month already. They have rolling decision which means, if I understand correctly, that applying the soonest implies more spot open right? What I mean is that it is possible that the 15th of December, the university won't have anymore spot open. Do I understand correctly?</p>
<p>Rolling decision means that you’ll get your response much quicker. They don’t fill up ALL the spots that fast, but the sooner you apply, the better your chances are of getting in.</p>
