confused about Ross BBA

I am about to be a high school senior and am going to apply for preferred admisson for the Ross BBA. I started filling out the Common app for Umich and I have a couple of questions.

under U-M college or school to which you are applying I don't know what to put since I plan on doing business, what should i select there?

if i dont get accepted by preferred admission what classes would I be taking my freshman year?

i think i should select LSA, but under area of interest do I do general studies-LSA or Undecided-LSA?

put what your backup plan is if you don’t get into ross – a lot of kids do econ

you don’t really take any special classes freshman year as a PA besides LHC 250. You must have credit for FYWR, econ 101, and a calc course by the end of your freshman year.

oh ok thanks, so not getting in preferred admission isn’t really too bad then, i was afraid i would be wasting a year lol

You should apply to LSA unless you want to enroll in another college. Most do LSA. Like they said above, plan on what you would do if do not get accepted to Ross. Most Ross students are not preadmits.

I didn’t get into preferred admit so instead I’m doing Poly Sci until I (hopefully) get admitted next year. Just put your 2nd choice major down, you’re going to enter LSA as an “undecided” anyway.

If you don’t get into pre-admit it won’t hurt your chances when applying for Ross your freshman year.
