Confused about second review

<p>Hi, I'm posting this this in response to receiving TCNJ's "second review" email. Does this mean that I wasn't chosen in the "first round"? Am I bring reconsidered for scholarships?</p>

<p>It is not my intention to sound haughty; I'm just a bit confused about why I haven't been accepted already.</p>

<p>Briefly, here are my stats (ENG):
31 ACT
3.7 GPA UW
Top 5% of class
690 Math ll 680 Physics</p>

<p>According to TCNJ, these are all stats considered for scholarships. </p>

<p>Has anyone else received the "second review" email? If so, do you have stats similar to mine?</p>

<p>Yes i also received that email. Except my stats are much lower than yours. I have not takes an ACT, but my SAT I scores are 620 M, 610 W, and 520 CR. My weighted GPA is 3.7. I honestly have no idea what this “second review” means. But hopefully i get in because this is my number one choice. btw, how are your EC’s?</p>
