I want to major in biology at SMC and eventually transfer to UCLA and then go to Medical school. However when applying to SMC it asks what my primary goal is. Is it to transfer with an AA degree or transfer without one? Biology isn’t even listed in the possible AA degrees so this is just confusing me.
Does the school you want to transfer to (UCLA) require you to have an AA before you get in? Most schools just want you to have a certain amount of completed gen-ed units before you can apply. Sometimes, they’ll give merit scholarships if you have an AA or something like that but it’s not usually required.
