Confused about sending all parts of my application

Hi, ok so I'm finishing up my entire common app pretty soon and now I'm going to need to give my guidance counselor everything. So I have questions...

What do i exactly give my guidance counselor.. I know I need to give her a manilla envelope and within it do I put normal white envelopes already addressed to each school im applying to? What do i write on these manilla folders?

What do I need to include in this envelope, like what is she actually sending? I know i need to give her a recommendation form that i guess she makes copies of to send to each college. Also do i need to give her like a common app school report sheet? How does she send all my high school info?

If I am submitting my common app stuff online, she doesn't need to send out anything regarding that right? Also you can send your test scores online as well?

For teacher recommendations, am i supposed to give them copies for each of the schools I'm applying to? or will they make their own copies?

SO MANY questions i know. I really need to talk to my guidance counselor, I'm very confused. Any responses to any of these questions would be great thanks.

At my daughter’s school all Common Apps are submitted entirely online using Naviance. Nothing is on paper.

Schools that are not Common App require paper recommendations and paper forms. For letters of recommendation you want to include a stamped, addressed envelope for each recommendation. Anything you can do to make it easier for your teachers is to your benefit. Putting everything in a manila envelope with your name on it and with deadlines listed in order, for example. Paperclip each college’s recommendation form to the corresponding envelope to help minimize any mismatches. Our school asks students for a brag sheet from both the student and the parents so the teachers have more material they can use to flesh out their recommendations. You can also include transcripts or copies of your essay so your teacher has more background material to work with.

If your school uses Naviance, talk to your college counselor before you submit anything.

THANK YOU SO MUCH. that definitely clears it up for me. We do use naviance but all my schools are based on common app. So i guess they are really only sending like a transcript and recommendation to the schools. Thanks
