And the page where it says the documents they require from me it says they need the sibling enrollment contract signed and they said its due for me nov 9, 2009 and all my other documents they need are due july 4. Should I send in the sibling contract anyways with all my other documents?</p>
<p>Do I literally have to make my parent sign at the 1040A area where it says sign here? Like with pen/ink? I see a series of numbers there right now, and I’m wondering if that is the signature?</p>

<p>It is impossible to complete it right now. I tried to do it but it is used to verify that you have a sibling enrolled in college NEXT year, not this year, so you got to wait until the next school year starts to get either the seal or his reciept/class schedule for proof.</p>
<p>There is a reason it is due in November.</p>
<p>Can you fax your required documents? If so, what’s the number?</p>
