So I sent 3 SAT Subject Tests for admission, b/c there are a variety of things we can send instead of the SAT or ACT. I sent the U.S. History test, the Math Level II test, and the Chem test. I got an e-mail from NYU today, saying that my standardized tests were missing, but I sent these subject tests. Could it be that the system hasn't been updated yet? Oh, and one last thing: on the NYU site, it says that 3 subject tests can be submitted: one in literature or the humanities; one in math or science; and one test of the student's choice in any subject. Did the ones I sent out fulfill these requirements?

Looks like you followed directions. Did you have them sent directly from the college board? If so, i would call to confirm.

yes, I had them directly sent from college board.

Call or email your admissions rep to clarify. Make sure you mention the 3 tests and that you had them sent from the college board. If you still have the confirmation/billing from CB, you could include that as well.
They are deciding on the applications during this time period. Now is not the time to assume that the system has not been updated - especially since you received an email.

The scores sent meet the Standardised Test requirement at NYU.

You can call the Admission Office and check the current status and they will advise you the next course of action if they are still missing. Have your SAT scores and if you have college board confirmation date, details handy when you make that call.

Do acknowledge the NYU email and refer to your call to adcom and the course of action or closure, whatever the status.

thanks for the help guys…I checked online, and it says that all of the requirements are completed. thanks!
