I will probably major in Biology or Psycology. I am going to apply UCB, UCLA, UCD, UCI (I am ELC eligible), Stanford, Washington University, Cornell. What are my chances for those schools? By the way, one family friend advises me to apply to Harvard, Yale and Princeton (I know this is completely out of my reach) because they practice need-blind even for international student. Should I try?

My counselor asked me to put more safety schools on my list, but I don't know which ones should I add on. Any suggestion?
Thanks in advance.

In to the UC's and WashU, Cornell is a reach, HYPS rejected, good luck.
