confused bout i was on what college level

hi everyone, i was a little confused where i should apply to.
i came to america in 2009 (sophomore year) and i got classes: algebra 2 trig hnors, regular bio, choir, digital design, PE 10, english, and world history(although this is freshman history,i didnt take that before, so my conselor said i need to take). cuz i think this school is better and my parents have already rent houses in this area, i didnt go to the school they recommend in which they have language helping courses. i didnt take language schools in my country before, so the language kinda hard for me and i got B in world history, english(the same class with local students) and B+in bio in the first semester.(others all A) the second semester, i got a A in bio but others remain the same.
In junior year, i took Ap chemstry, physics honors, calc ab, english, us history and concert choir. i Have A except for eng and history (history is B+ and eng is B). now i have like a 4.17 weighted GPA. i think my high school is one of the best in california, and i dont think its very easy to get a good grade.
im not confident with my grades cuz some of my asian friends have like 4.7,4.6 and even 5.0 (im asian as well).
i have taken sats and acts, i got 800 in sat 2 math2 and chinese and im going to take chemstry and physics. i did lots of practice and i think i can get over 780 in both tests.
i didnt take sat cuz i cant get very good score on that. i have taken acts twice 27 and 29 and im goingto take act again in june, september and october to aim at over 30. and i will also take sat 1 after summer.
i didnt attend lots of activities. i helped in church for the people who wants to learn english as a translator. im in golf team but no awards, im in math club, although ithink im good at math but no competition awards. i did traditional chinese calligraphy and in competition i have got the top one in california and the highest award in the world but thats not the official competition.
ive no idea what kind of college level i fit in now. i wanna got in uc berkeley or la, i dont know how much possibility can i get into?
thank you for every reply.
