Please can someone explain to me how taking the SATI/IIs works from abroad?

I read somewhere that the SAT1 has to be taken on a different date from the subject tests - is this true?

Also how many subject test can be taken in one sitting? Is it two? Is it only Princeton and Harvard that require 3 subject test?

What is the SAT latest testing date for regular decision?

Also, finally, if applying as a relatively well-chanced international student for Ivy and similar institutions (the average anyway), is it better to apply RD or ED/EA with regards to improved admissions chances?

It is true that you cannot take the regular SAT and the subject tests on the same day.
You can take up to three subject tests in one sitting.
So far as I know, only Harvard and Georgetown require three subject tests. Princeton dropped its requirement down to two subject tests.
Check the admissions websites of the schools to which you are applying to see what is the latest test date they will accept for regular decision.
I don’t know how RD vs ED/EA would be impacted by your status as an international student.
