So when I was completing my soar account, and I was the part where u add the SUNY schools you wish to apply to, I couldn't find nursing for stony brook. My question is, if majoring in the health-sciences is what I should put down? Because stony brook's nursing school is in their health science department.

We do not admit freshmen directly into nursing at Stony Brook. It’s a separate application entirely, one that you’d complete in your second year here (or wherever you go, as the program takes applicants from all over the place): [Basic Baccalaureate Program | School of Nursing](Basic Baccalaureate Program | Stony Brook School of Nursing)

Note that it has specific entrance requirements (57 college credits and at least a 2.8 GPA).
