CONFUSED on Cornell Arch, maybe Law? :/

So I'm a junior doing IB at a really highly ranked boarding school with amazing college admissions. I just moved in from a much weaker system so I'm just trying to bridge the gap myself by working a lot harder than usual. These were my courses at the beginning of the year:
HL Math
HL English
( I know, what was I thinking?)
HL Econ
SL Physics
SL Chem
SL French

I'm somewhat interested in architecture, and I've always dreamt of studying at Cornell, 'cause of it's gorgeous campus and the incredible detail I've heard they put into work at AAP. But one month into HL math made me certain I wasn't meant for it. I was forced to drop down to standard level, and since Chem was rather weak as well and not really helpful, I switched it to HL Art. So now my courses are
HL English
HL Art
HL Econ
SL Physics
SL French
SL Math
I'm a lot more comfortable with them, and I'm sure I can get 6's and 7's. But will Cornell even consider me? I emailed them and they vaguely replied about the courses I take as not being too important, but how well I do in them. I'm still unsure though.
I'm wondering if I should just switch to law or something. Is law school open to these options? The reason I took Econ was to keep my options in business open as well, because I'm pretty good at Econ.
That's a lot of doubts in one go, but I'd be grateful to anyone willing to clear it all up.
Thanks so much :)
