Confused on how to calculate UC/CSU GPA

<p>I'm confused on how to calculate Honors/AP courses into the GPA.<br>
For example, I got 2 A's in WHAP, one for each semester. On that site, (let's just say WHAP was my only weighted class)...</p>

<p>Do I put a '2' in the Honors points section (one point per semester)?
Or do I put a '1' in the Honors points section (one point per weighted class taken?)</p>

<p>Like, for people who took 4 AP classes their junior year, and no honors/AP’s sophomore year, do they get the 8 point bonus or 4? (if their school is on a semester system.)</p>

<p>Since you are counting grades by semesters, you get honors points by semesters.</p>
